Seat Everybody

Terms

Last updated November 3, 2026

By using Seat Everybody you agree to these terms. They’re short because the site is simple.

Using the tool

You can use this tool for free, for personal or work events, in classrooms and for clients. The charts you make are yours, and you can print and share them however you like. Please don’t try to break the site, overload it or use it to harm anyone.

Your data is your responsibility

Your charts are stored only in your browser. Clearing your browser data, switching devices or using a private window can lose them, and we have no copy to restore. If a chart matters, download the PDF or use Save a copy to a file. You’re also responsible for having the right to use the names you enter, including following your school’s or employer’s policies.

Check your chart

The tool follows the rules you give it and tells you when it can’t, but it doesn’t know your guests, your students or your room. Check the chart before you rely on it, especially for accessibility needs, medical accommodations, fire code and venue capacity. Those are for you and your venue or school to confirm.

No warranty

The site is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind, and it may change or go offline at any time. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss that comes from using it, including lost charts or awkward dinners.

Changes

We may update these terms, and we’ll change the date above when we do. Keep using the site only if you’re happy with the current version.
